A 26 year old Scottish League one player?

I'm sure he will be more suitable for a english league one or two team, and thank god its on a free transfer anyway.

That said, he hope he proves me completely wrong.

Jason Scotland came from that league and he's proven he can play in the Championship. His record is brilliant and he's a free transfer. But having said that, Scottish division one isn't quite as good as the Championship lol
