Posted on: Mon 15 Dec 2008
Swansea City loan signing Stephen O'Halloran has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
The Aston Villa left-back was stretchered off against Sheffield United on Saturday with a knee injury.
A series of scans today revealed that the Republic of Ireland international will have to have an operation to repair damaged cruciate ligaments which will rule him out for six months.

O'Halloran, 20, had the same operation back in March before signing for the Swans early in November on a three-month loan deal.
It's the third Swans player to be ruled out for the season with cruciate ligament damage after Marcos Painter and Ferrie Bodde were both forced under the surgeon's scalpel earlier in the campaign.

Well if all the injuries were within a couple of feet of each other i would say maybe, but as they are not then we cant blame the pitch.
Re: For F*ck sake!
i mean it could be to soft or too hard, the ospreys have had a few knee injurys too.
but yeah it could be just bad luck.
