Ian Hume suffers fractured skull.
The former Leicester front man was caught up in a clash with Sheffield United skipper Chris Morgan during the northern Derby on the weekend. At first it just appeared to be a nasty knock but his condition deteriated after the game. Replays show the the elbow to Hume's head was very nasty yet D'urso only deemed Morgan worthy of a yellow. From my point of view the elbow was avoidable, Hume has now undergone surgery on a fractured skull and is said to be in a "stable" in a high dependancy hospital unit.

It sounds riducolous and i cant see them getting anywhere with it. These things happen in football just like our injury on DeVries and more serious the injury on Peter Cech, its impossible to say wether they were deliberate or not cause only one person knows that and thats the offender.
Pointless seeking legal action imo unless they have a strong case, the main thing is that the player makes a full recovery.
