A year ago today

Was the Yeovil game where if we won would have secured the title for us. We didn't win but fortunately Carlisle lost to Southend but unfortunately 'cos Leeds were appealing for 15 points back which ment we didn't receive the trophy until the Brighton game on the last day. What a difference a year makes !. Carlisle are still in contention to be Relegated from League 1,Leeds havn't been any where near the threat they were last season and Swansea still very much in contention for the Championship play-offs. I remember when we got promoted everybody was remaining 'realistic' and setting aims low,Just goes to show you never now what to expect in football.
Random I know but thats what you get when your bored on a computer at 10 past 1 in the morning. 13 hours and 50 minutes 'till K.O

I was thinking about this time last year, when we were up in Barnsley.
We talked about Leeds, how many games we won and lost at the end of the season etc.
It's amazing a difference a year makes, I still think everyone will be please even if we came 7th - it's our first year in the Championship and i'm really impressed, Swansea have exceeded my expectations by a mile and i'm very proud to be a Swansea Jack, whatever happens between now and the end of the season.
