Right girls, I'm politely asking you to end this. I'm really not fussed and you've completey screwed this thread which was meant to be a message of thanks to Nick for spending some of his short time comming to see me.

And back to the original topic....

Yougle - didn't get to meet you this time mate, but I hope you had a fab time and the result was the icing on the cake (plus Bodde scoring a screamer for you as well!)

Safe journey mate! bigwink

I was a bit wary of the fact that when the Den Haag boys came down against Yeovil and Millwall, we lost. So extra pleased. thumbs up

Kevin Johns read his name out at half time too thumbs up

We got a lot of signatures for his flag (in torrential rain).... but we missed the one person he wanted- Bodde unhappy He sneaked passed when were were talking to the Amigos apparently.

I have to say, Bauza is a legend. He somehow recognised Nick from today's programme. He's a lovely guy!

Great news J! I was worrying before the game in case it was called off due to the bad weather. That would have been a horrible scenario for Yougle.
No doubt Nick will post some pics when he gets home clap clap

I can't believe the match programme though mad

'Nick is also a regular on planetswans.co.uk' (or words to that effect) with the web address highlighted.... I'd love to know where they got that info. He's SOL through and through ffs.

It was just shameless advertising I think slap

He does use the site in fairness, but that comment just seemed a bit strange.... like I said, it just seemed like shameless advertising (highlighting the web address ffs!)

I wonder though, If SOL was still going - would that have ended up in the matchday programme?

Don't be daft! SOL never got the credit it deserved, but then again could not abuse their status with the trust to get in with the club.

I'm sure he did!

Friday- Interviewed on Swansea Sound
Saturday- flew over here where he met me and Chikadee.
Sunday- Watched Dave bomb out of his weight lifting competition ( raspberry ), then met Matt and Steven who gave him some really cool gifts to take back (one being that huge Swans Online flag) then he met ThomasJenx and Burdett just before the game, then in the ground he seen Carl and Swansea_til_I_Die, then he watched the Swans kick some serious ass whilst getting his name in the programme and read out by Kevin Johns at half time, then he went to the club shop and bought a few things whilst meeting Sidekick and then finally he met a load of players and staff (Krysiak, Inaki, Ash, Tate, Monk, Scotland, Dimi, Rangel, Gomez, Serran, Fede, Bauza, Gorka, Gower) who all signed his flag!

I'm just gutted he didn't get a chance to meet any of our Dutch players.

That's it bro kick me when I'm down. There's always another comp around corner.

Glad Nick has enjoyed his time here, a top bloke and a really great fan.
